Problems caused by groundwater or pool movement, water chemistry, normal wear, physical damage, pool structure or equipment, or other conditions beyond our reasonable control. The liner manufacturer’s warranty applies to manufacturing defects.

1. Our Workmanship Commitment
LinerPros stands behind its liner installation with a one-year workmanship warranty beginning on the installation date shown above. If a problem arises that is directly caused by a defect in LinerPros’ installation workmanship during that period, LinerPros will inspect the concern and, if it is covered, correct the workmanship issue at no additional charge.
2. How to Report a Concern
Please contact LinerPros promptly if you believe a problem has developed with the liner installation. Give LinerPros a reasonable opportunity to inspect the concern and determine its cause before another party performs repair work.
Exception: Prompt action is allowed where reasonably necessary to prevent further damage or address an urgent safety issue.
3. Suspected Leaks
A suspected leak may need to be located by an independent leak-detection company.
Covered Leaks: If independent testing confirms that the leak was caused by an installation error covered by this warranty, LinerPros will correct the covered issue and reimburse the customer for the leak-detection contractor’s charge.
Non-Covered Leaks: If the leak is not caused by covered installation workmanship, the testing and any repairs are the customer’s responsibility, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Issues Outside Workmanship Coverage
Some problems arise from conditions other than installation workmanship and are not covered under this warranty unless they result directly from covered installation workmanship. These include:
Groundwater issues (such as a floating liner) or pool structure movement
Water chemistry imbalances
Normal wear and tear
Physical damage
Pool structure or equipment issues
Other conditions beyond LinerPros’ reasonable control
LinerPros will explain its findings and, when reasonably possible, help the customer understand appropriate next steps.
5. Liner Manufacturing Concerns
The liner is manufactured by a separate company and may be subject to that manufacturer’s warranty. If a problem appears to be a manufacturing defect, LinerPros will make reasonable efforts to stand by your side and help you work with the manufacturer to get it sorted out. Any assistance beyond correcting covered installation workmanship is considered individually and is not a promise that LinerPros will pay for a replacement liner or other costs.
6. Scope of This Warranty
This warranty applies to LinerPros’ installation workmanship only and does not guarantee against every problem that may affect a pool or liner. It does not replace any applicable manufacturer’s warranty. Nothing in this document is intended to waive or limit rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived or limited.
